A note because a long time we nuh talk!

I had an old reclusive friend who I had not spoken to in years, I tried a couple times to call him over the years but got no answer & so always thought I would get to him another time. For a while he kept popping up in my mind but I have been so busy and thought "I will call soon".

Then I heard he passed away from the big "C" and while I am saddened and really feel I should have made more of an effort to get to him, I am happy to know he has no more pain as I understand it was very intense and it had spread to his brain and even the Morphine never helped.

I will not mention his name as this is the way he lived and so in Prayer and thought I wish for his family all the goodness they also deserve and know that his spirit lives on through many of us who have had the pleasure to meet and converse with him over the years.

He touched my life on various "meetups" because he left me with different thoughts on how to process things that we encounter in life and for that I am grateful. So as of now if you have not yet, make the choice to be happy inside, remember nothing good or bad lasts forever so "bury the hatchet" live good with everyone, forgive as much as you can, treat your neighbour as you would want to be treated, respect the environment that we share, give as much as you can of yourself as you can. Life is really shorter than you think.  So I am going to ask each and everyone who reads this to share these thoughts as many times as needed with all those long lost friends then give them a call and say " you were in my thoughts and just wanted to say hello" then quietly send them a Prayer or beautiful wishes as I often do... I wish for you and your family Health, happiness and all the other things you rightly deserve (in that order).

Much love as always

Craig
